For this agreement, "HWPL Distributor/ Direct Sellers/ Stock Pointers/ Independent Sales Representative/ HWPL Business Owner" is an individual who has agreed, as per the terms of the HWPL Distributorship or Direct Selling Contract, to be a HWPL Independent Sales Representative, (b) who remains an active HWPL Independent Sales Representative in good standing, and (c) whose HWPL Independent Sales Representative Contract/ Distributorship Contract or status as an Independent Sales Representative has not been terminated or suspended.

"HWPL Distributorship Contract or Independent Sales Representative Contract" is a HWPL direct selling contract that includes the HWPL Terms and Conditions and any Policies and Procedures attached to or accompanying such a contract. The HWPL direct sellers/HWPL Distributor/ HWPL Stock pointers/ HWPL Business Owner shall be collectively referred to as the "HWPL."

As per the business model, HWPL compensates its distributors. All the terms mentioned in the Contract are part of this agreement. Before signing the Contract, it is recommended to read the terms and conditions carefully.

KYC Verification: HWPL requires KYC details to be submitted within 30 days of the date of Registration. If the KYC details are not submitted within 30 days, the commission of any previous period shall not be entitled to the individual.

The contents of the HWPL Websites are copyrighted under Indian copyright laws, and the HWPL Websites are owned and operated by HWPL. None of the materials on the HWPL Websites may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any way, except as stated in this Agreement. You may download one (1) copy of any particular material from the HWPL Websites for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you agree to abide by any copyright notice or other restrictions contained in or applicable to such materials.

HWPL Trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos appearing on the HWPL Websites are proprietary trademarks of HWPL. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the use of any of our trademarks or any other content made available through the HWPL Websites is strictly prohibited.

You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with your use of the HWPL Websites is true, accurate, and complete, and you will maintain and update such information as needed, such that the information remains true, accurate, and complete. If the veracity of this information is not established or cannot be proved, HWPL reserves all rights to terminate or suspend your contract/distributorship.

To access certain areas of the HWPL Websites, you may be required to register with HWPL, which will provide you with a Distributor ID. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access the HWPL Websites and for all transactions that occur in connection with your username. Users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband, and computer hardware, equipment, and services needed to access and use the HWPL WEBSITES and for paying all charges related thereto.

Limitation of liability: In no event shall HWPL, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or any of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives (collectively, the "HWPL entities") be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of (a) this agreement, (b) the HWPL websites, (c) a user's use of or inability to use the HWPL websites, or (d) the acts or omissions of HWPL independent representatives, in each event, even if HWPL or such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. HWPL is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or alteration of a user's submissions, transmissions, or data or for any material or data sent or received or not sent or received. HWPL is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal content or conduct of any other party (including without limitation any HWPL independent party), or any infringement by a third party of another's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Indemnification: Users will indemnify and hold the HWPL entities harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, causes of action, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees and other proceedings arising from or related to any of the following (the "Claims"): (a) their use of, inability to use, or activities in connection with the HWPL websites; (b) any violation of this Agreement or any other HWPL terms, conditions, or policies by the user or through any account they may have with any HWPL
