We deliver across the country and request consumers to provide correct and clear

Delivery Location
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than
the date of the order. Delivery times are used as a guide only and are subject to
the acceptance and approval of the order. We make every effort to fulfill your order
as soon as possible within the stated timeline in the generated invoice/purchase
order. Business days are from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. The date of delivery
may vary due to carrier shipping charges, delivery location, method of delivery,
and the items ordered. Products may be delivered in separate shipments as per the
requirement.
Transit Time
We process orders for invoicing and dispatch the ordered products within three working/business
days also as per customer location according to place our minimum delivery timeline
7 days and maximum delivery timeline 15 days.
In case of delay
The Company is committed to ensuring that the delivery of goods takes place within
the time limit mentioned in the order form.
In cases of delay, any request for cancellation of the order by the consumer shall
be granted, irrespective of whether the consumer has been informed of the delay,
and the deposit, if any, shall be refunded as per our cancellation policy described

Transit Risk
The Company takes These alert emails/SMS will contain the tracking number and courier
company’s website details along with expected date of delivery.
Customer is requested to provide the correct and complete address details and contact
number, as Company shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods
due to insufficient or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns
an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges and
taxes) to the credit card or the bank account provided in the order. The customer
will be notified via email regarding the refund.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If the
customer would like to purchase items that were undeliverable, they are requested
to place a new order on our website.
Address Change Requests
Once an order is placed, the customer is requested to not change the shipping address.
However, if there is a change in shipping address request, the customer can contact
